Preventives

Inverness Animal Hospital carries a full line of flea, tick and heartworm preventatives, either as a topical application or oral tablet. For fleas we offer Comfortis, which is ordered for you and delivered to your house. Fleas and ticks can be treated with Seresto collars, Nexgard, and Advantix. We also have Advantage Multi and Trifexis, which prevent heartworms, fleas, and intestinal parasites. And for those who want the beef chew biscuit, Heartgard Plus is available as a heartworm preventative. We would be happy to advise you on which product will best meet your pet’s needs.
